 Graduating means changes to your Pro´s membership. Your free student association membership ends when you graduate. When you start employment, your membership must be upgraded to full Pro´s membership, at which point the union membership fee will apply.

## What we offer our graduating student members? 

We offer membership at a reduced monthly fee if you join Pro´s as a full member **within six months of graduating.** To take advantage of this offer, you must have a valid employment contract.

**You pay a reduced membership fee of just 0.8% per month of your gross income, whereas the standard membership fee is 1.25%.**

For example, with a monthly gross income of €3,000, you pay a membership fee of 0.8%, or €24 per month.

You’ll enjoy the lower membership fee for the whole of your graduation year, i.e. until the end of 2026, and also for the following full calendar year. Not bad, is it?

## Pro rewards those graduating in 2026 with a gift

We want to reward everyone graduating this year and renewing their membership with a €40 GoGift super gift card.

How do I take advantage of the reduced membership fee offer? 

Once you have started work after graduating, upgrade your student membership to full membership by completing the membership form. This will ensure that all your details are updated in one go.

Fill in your details and your employer’s details. Tick the box on the form marked ‘Take advantage of the offer for graduating student members’. 

 

 

 



Submit the form – and you're all set 

Your membership benefits will start once you have submitted the registration form. Your association will also automatically change from a student association to a professional association in your chosen field.

 Can I join Pro´s membership before my employment starts?  

You can upgrade your membership to a full Pro´s membership in advance. Your membership and membership fee will take effect from the date your employment begins.



 

 

 

 

 



 Can I take advantage of this offer if my employment starts more than six months after I graduate? 

Your membership is active whilst your employment contract is in force, i.e. your employment has commenced. An employment contract due to start in more than six months’ time is no longer covered by the offer period.



 

 

 

 

 



 I’ve already become a full member – will I still receive the offer?  

The offer cannot be applied retroactively if your membership of Pro´s has already commenced after graduation.



 

 

 

 

 



 How is the membership fee paid during the VIP season? 

Please note that whilst the reduced membership fee is in effect, you cannot opt for the employer-deduction scheme, meaning you will have to pay the membership fee yourself. That is why we recommend using eInvoice. Paying your membership fee is easy when you arrange with your bank to have your membership fee invoice sent automatically to your online banking.

 What happens when my contract period ends at the end of 2027? 

At the end of the promotional period, i.e. at the end of 2027, your membership fee percentage will return to the standard rate. We will send you an email reminder of this change before the end of the period to ensure a smooth transition.
