As of January 1, 2025, the Finnish Centre for Pensions has adopted the collective agreement for the insurance sector. The most familiar players in the industry are banks, in addition there are card companies and companies serving the financial sector. Pro members' jobs include, for example, OP Financial Group's cooperative banks, Danske Bank, POP Banks, savings banks, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken and Nets. The scope of the collective agreement includes all those working in non-life insurance, life insurance and pension insurance companies, pension foundations, pension funds, IT service companies in the insurance sector, as well as brokerage and franchise companies. Office clerks and field workers have their own wage agreements, which are part of the collective agreement. The financial administration collective agreement is observed in the financial administration companies that are members of the Service Sector Employers PALTA ry. Pro members work, for example, in accounting firms as accountants, payroll accountants and in expert positions in the field of financial administration. Our members work e.g. in the copying industry, the security industry and the car tire industry. ## Credit information and collection sector The generally binding collective agreement of the credit information and debt collection industry is also observed for all employees, supervisors and experts working in the field.
