Arman Alizad is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, journalist, and TV personality known for his courageous journeys into extreme conditions around the world. He has experienced war, poverty, and the limits of survival up close – and from these experiences he draws profound insights about life, humanity, and transcendence.  

Jussi Rissanen is a versatile sales and management professional. He works as a working life professor at LUT University and is an entrepreneur at Frontliners Oy. Rissanen has extensive experience in sales and management coaching

Matias Marttinen is a 2nd term Member of Parliament for the Coalition Party, who will soon be taking on the duties of Minister of Labour. As a Member of Parliament, Marttinen has focused particularly on issues such as economic and employment policy.

Elina Hiltunen is a Doctor of Economics, Master of Science in Chemistry and a doctoral student at the National Defence University. She has been listed as one of the world's 50 leading female Futurists.

Esa Riutta is a business economist and a professional teacher in information technology. He trains in social media and artificial intelligence applications, image and video processing, and tool programs. Esa shares new skills on social media under the name WebOpettaja.

Hanna Sutela works as a senior researcher at Statistics Finland. Hanna's areas of expertise include labour markets, working conditions, quality of working life and equality in working life. She is responsible for the working conditions survey conducted at Statistics Finland every five years.

Tiina Parikka is a coach and developer of human leadership, working life and job search. Tiina is an example of a 60+ year old professional with a passion for what she does, who does not fit into old, narrow stereotypes traditionally associated with age. 

Lorenz “Lore” Backman is a trained actor, work coach and spiritual coach. He is known to the general public from numerous TV shows. His main job is as a work coach, life skills coach and lecturer.

Susan's goal is to inspire new ideas in people regarding their own working life, skills, job search, entrepreneurship or the use of social media. Susan's target group is particularly senior professionals and she sees enormous potential in those who have been in working life for a long time.

Emilia will soon complete her Master's degree in adult education and become an adult educator. With Emilia, you don't have to shy away from feelings of uncertainty or unfinished business, and on the other hand, coaching can address successes and next steps.
