UusioUra 2025 brought together thousands of career changers, jobseekers, employers, and experts at Kaapelitehdas on September 23–24. The event welcomed over 5,000 visitors — and each of you made it truly unique.

Working life needs a change in attitude

Age must not be a barrier to new opportunities at work. That was the strong message at the UusioUra event, organized by Trade Union Pro in Helsinki.

UusioUra drew a record audience – thousands found inspiration and opportunities

The UusioUra event, held at Kaapelitehdas in Helsinki on September 23–24, attracted a record crowd. More than 5,000 visitors came to seek advice on employment, career change, and developing their skills.

- The record number of visitors shows the importance and appeal of the event. Based on the feedback we received, both visitors and exhibitors found it highly valuable, says Minea Pyykönen, Director at Trade Union Pro.
