We are the student association of the Trade Union Pro and we look after the interests of students throughout the country. Our members are future professionals and managers in the fields of finance, administration, communications, technology, media and transport.

What do we do?

We promote a modern and innovative working life where everyone is treated equally, and a society where education and students are valued. We improve the position of students both in their studies and in working life. Our main objective is to get the remuneration of trainees written into collective agreements.

Our members?

Our members are students in the fields of economics, administration, communications, technology, media and transport, and their membership includes a wide range of membership benefits and services, close links with the world of work and comprehensive advocacy services.

Upon graduation, they will hold demanding professional, planning, managerial and other positions in the private and public sectors.

Our graduates include engineers, construction foremen, tradesmen and laboratory analysts. Our university graduates can be business graduates, engineering graduates and natural scientists. Merconomists, data scientists, laboratory assistants, media assistants and other graduates and managers from secondary schools are also members.

Pro-opiskelijat ry (Student Union Pro) is run by an annually elected board. The highest decision-making power in the association is exercised annually by the General Assembly, which is open to all members of the Student Union Pro.
