The hunger grows with eating, says Päivi Polso about training. She has completed all the training courses for shop stewards, the trade union diploma and courses in association work at Pro. She has also taken advantage of the career portal's webinars and individual coaching. Participation has also been made as easy as possible, with webinar recordings available for viewing at your convenience.
- There is something for everyone in the Career Portal's range of webinars. The lack of peer support is, in my opinion, the only bad thing about e-learning. The good thing is the ease of participation and time savings. You just need a bit of self-discipline, because when you study online you have to concentrate so you don't lose track.
We organise training in the form of webinars and evening courses all over Finland, also for students and unemployed members with targeted topics. Check out our video library at Proplus, where you can find recordings of webinars on local agreements and job search, for example. You can find the video library by logging into Proplus.fi and then selecting Pro's services > Video library. Members can also use Propaja, Pro's own e-learning platform - welcome to online training!
We all have the opportunity to contribute to climate change mitigation through our daily choices. In our training, we'll show you how you can make a difference to climate change in your workplace. We will give you examples of what other professionals have done in their workplaces and tips for further action.
MUTSI online training supports change management in the workplace. It is designed to support change planners: management and front-line staff. MUTSI has elements that you can share with your whole team, to inspire and encourage them to get involved in change or to assess their own capacity for change.
MUTSI gives workplace managers a good idea of how to plan and drive change so that people don't get exhausted and fall off the wagon. You can save the MUTSI templates and guidelines on your desktop and use them in change projects.
We want to offer MUTSI to every workplace in Finland. Best of all, MUTSI online training is free. Currently MUTSI is only available in Finnish.
Find the training and events that are right for you in Pro's events calendar. You don't need to be logged in to browse the calendar. When you enroll in courses, strong authentication is in use.
We offer a wide range of training courses to help you succeed in the world of work. With our help, you'll develop your own work management skills and pre-employment skills, and feel and perform better. We also organise annual refresher courses on the rules of the game at work.
On the basis of collective agreements, shop stewards are entitled to attend training courses organised by the Trade Union Confederation Pro during their working hours. See the annex for the training courses.

Apply travel expenses online
At Pro, we've done away with paper travel invoices and in future you can claim your expenses electronically. You can get reimbursed for attending union administrative activities or training courses.
