Pro’s phone service also available during the Christmas holiday period
Christmas and the turn of the year bring changes to Pro’s phone service from 15 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.
The member services and employer fee collection phone line will answer calls Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.
The employer fee collection phone service will be exceptionally closed on 18–19 December 2025 and 22–23 December 2025.
