The energy industry collective agreement is universally binding, so it is followed by all industry experts and managers in all energy companies, e.g. in energy production, sales, distribution and business related to the construction of the electricity network. The job titles of the members working in the field include customer advisor, documenter, foreman, shift foreman, production foreman, operation foreman, network technician, systems engineer, accountant, developer, electrical network expert, network designer, network manager, maintenance engineer, development engineer, technical expert, IT expert, customer service manager, personnel assistant, service advisor, team leader and marketing assistant.
Forest industry sectors
In the forest industry, Pro negotiates four collective agreements: the collective agreements of employees in the paper industry, the mechanical forest industry, the carpentry industry, and the cardboard and paper processing industry.
