Strategy and values 2026–2029

At its spring meeting on May 8, 2025, the Pro representative body approved an updated strategy for the period 2026-2029. We are entering the new strategic period united and determined.

The contract system and the labor market system are in transition. When there is no return to the old, we must hold on to the values ​​that are important to us and build on them: rock-solid interest representation, active advocacy on decision-making, modern services, and a skilled and developing diverse community.

Rolling strategy - we review our strategy choices regularly

Assessing the changes in the operating environment
Pro's strategy and its focus areas are evaluated annually, always at the beginning of the year, through one selected change in the operating environment.
A participatory dialogue
The evaluation will be conducted through discussions aimed at the administration and staff, organized in February-March.
Updating the strategy
If update needs are identified, the management and board will prepare an update and the representative body will decide on it at its spring meeting.
