Collective agreements
The technology industry
Pro negotiates a universally binding collective agreement for salaried workers in the technology industry, which is followed by all salaried workers, supervisors and experts working in the field. Senior employees have their own generally binding collective agreement. We represent those working in expert and managerial positions - everyone equally, regardless of their degree. Competence is a decisive factor in the success of the technology industry as well as in the everyday life of salaried workers.
A growing group are salaried workers who have obtained a university of applied sciences or specialized vocational qualification. The studies that prepare for salaried positions at the second level are also an important educational background for new members. In addition, people who worked in employee positions are still moving to white-collar positions.
Our members work throughout the organization; in production, planning, product, method and application development, administration, purchasing and sales, IT tasks and logistics functions. The most typical job titles include foreman, team leader, maintenance manager, tester, shift foreman, operating engineer, maintenance engineer, production manager, payroll manager, HR specialist, financial assistant, export assistant, logistics engineer, buyer, purchasing manager and designer.
The planning and consulting industry
The collective agreement in the planning and consulting sector is universally binding. Pro members mainly work as designers and design assistants and in other expert positions in the field.
