You can study Open University courses supported by Pro through Helsinki Adult Education Institute/ Aktiivi Institute. These studies are open to everyone, regardless of age or educational background. Places are limited.
The studies are suitable for maintaining professional skills, starting a new career, exploring different fields of study, or simply for those seeking the joy of learning and new insights. The studies are designed in such a way that it is possible to complete them alongside work as multi-format or online studies

Trade Union Pro has reserved places for its members in Open University of Applied Sciences courses offered by Karelia University of Applied Sciences. However, the places are currently full.
You can take part in the courses regardless of your age or previous education. Through these courses, you can gain additional skills needed in working life, work towards completing a degree, or develop your general knowledge.
If the training includes a course fee, as a member you only pay a 30% deductible. Unemployed and members on temporary lay off study through us free of charge.
