The chemical industry
Pro negotiaties the salaried employees contract in the chemical industry. The agreement is universally binding, so it is followed by all employees in the field, e.g. in the oil, gas, plastic, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and petrochemical industries, as well as in the bio, environmental care and textile care industries. The job titles of the members working in the field include laboratory assistant, laboratory analyst, foreman, shift foreman, production foreman, automation manager, maintenance engineer, process development engineer, technical salesperson, IT expert, customer service manager, personnel assistant and marketing assistant.
Employees in the textile maintenance industry are subject to the chemical industry's white-collar worker contract concluded by Pro. The textile maintenance industry joins the chemical industry white-collar worker agreement with an accession protocol. The agreement is universally binding, so it is followed by all employees in the textile maintenance industry. Large employers in the industry are Lindström Oy, Comforta Oy and SOL Pesulapalvelut Oy.
The job titles of our members working in the field include team leader, maintenance manager, laundry foreman, production manager, customer service manager, key account manager, maintenance man, team manager, IT expert, buyer, service manager, assistant, material expert, product assistant, personnel assistant and marketing assistant.
Private laboratories
Pro negotiates the collective agreement for employees in the private laboratory sector. The agreement is not universally binding, so it is only observed in certain laboratories that are member companies of Palta. Professionals in the field work in various laboratory tasks.
The food industry
Pro negotiates universally binding collective agreement for employees of the food industry, which is followed by all employees in the industry. The task areas of the members working in the field include, for example, work management, shift management, production-related supervisory tasks, product development, production and product planning, quality control, administrative and office tasks, sales tasks.
