Versatile information on working life
In particular, we study the effects of the work environment and working conditions on the employees' health. Every year, we survey the status of the earnings development among experts and supervisors: which factors affect the salary level and, on the other hand, which salary or earnings types (e.g. overtime) make up the income. We also study the values and ideals of Finnish experts and supervisors in various fields and, more broadly, ideas and attitudes on working life.
