2025 has been a remarkable year for the union and its members: together we have organised a staggering 510 events, during which we have spent thousands of hours together, improving work-life balance.

There were almost 26,000 registrations for these events, with participants from almost every sector and association in the Union. This is something to be proud of—activity and community are the strengths of our Federation.

At the same time, 2025 will go down in history as the last year in which our event management was supported by eTapahtuma. This system has served us for years, but now it's time to move on and implement a new, more functional solution.

In 2026, we will start with a clean slate using the new event calendar. The revamp will provide a clearer, more user-friendly experiencee for all members and event organisers. The launch of the event calendar will also open up registration for next year's training and events.

This means a clearer and more user-friendly system experience for all members and event organisers.

The new event calendar is not just a technical innovation, but a step towards a more collaborative and participatory approach. It’s a great opportunity to start the new year with renewed enthusiasm and an open mind.

We warmly welcome all members to join us for next year's events and training sessions — the new calendar makes it easy  and convenient to register. Together, we will continue to build an active, competent and inclusive force in 2026!
