Pro’s telephone lines are open during the holiday period

The Christmas and New Year period will bring changes to Pro’s telephone helpline from 15 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.

The Work Life Counselling duty phone will be available on weekdays from 22 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., at +358 9 1727 3442. You can also send a message to the Work Life Counselling specialists by logging in to the e-services here.

The Member Services and Employer Fee Collection duty phone will be available on weekdays from 15 December 2025 to 11 January 2026, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

The Employer Fee Collection phone service will be exceptionally closed on 18–19 December 2025 and 22–23 December 2025. You can reach the Employer Fee Collection specialists by email at [email protected] or by phone at +358 9 1727 3390.
