Pro’s telephone lines are open during the holiday period

Pro’s member services and employer fee collection specialists will be in training on Thursday, 11 December. Our online service is available to assist members during this time.

The Christmas and New Year period will bring changes to Pro’s telephone helpline from 15 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.

The Member Services and Employer Fee Collection helpline will be available from 15 December 2025 to 11 January 2026, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The Employer Fee Collection telephone helpline will be exceptionally closed on 18–19 December 2025 and 22–23 December 2025.
