On group level in paper companies the common salary systems for salaried employees will be started to negotiate from now. If the agreements are not achieved on group level until 31st of October there will be national level agreement that will be agreed before the end of March 2012.
The new agreement is in force until end of March 2012. The pay increase will be 48 euros or at least 1,5 % on 19th of May. On company level will be negotiated a pay increase of 1,0 % on July.
The shift workers will start to work on Saturday 21st of May at 6:00 am and day shift employees will start on 23rd of May. The overtime ban will end immediately.
