Bullying, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, discrimination and improper treatment are prohibited in all of Pro's activities. Pro has published a code of conduct to prevent and deal with harassment and discrimination in Pro's operations.
Order the Harassment-free Pro guidelines
In addition to prevention, the purpose of the Harassment-free Pro instruction is to guide the handling of inappropriate treatment situations. It describes how everyone can contribute to the creation of a good atmosphere and what is unacceptable behavior. The code of conduct applies to all activities of Ammatiliitto Pro, such as events organized by the union or association.
